Delivery/Shipment Policy:
For most products such as the bouquets and arrangements we offer free delivery all over Cairo. However, for other products such as plants & candles we charge a delivery fee based on the recipient’s For the same day delivery option, we kindly ask you to place your order before 6PM. Any orders made after 6PM will be delivered the following day. Due to the unpredictability of Cairo traffic, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time throughout the day. If you have any special requests regarding delivery & shipment please contact us so we can accommodate your request or place your request 48 hours before.
Substitution Policy:
In some instances our photos may represent an overall theme or look which sometimes cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet in some instances may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect If this is the case with the product you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style , theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value. If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions or contact us to ensure availability.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation: We understand sometimes schedules change. We’re happy to process a cancellation and refund up to 30 minutes from placing the order on our website. While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel any order that is
based on inaccurate information. An order may be subsequently canceled by Awan El Ward after you have received a confirmation and we reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.
Customer Satisfaction: Awan El Ward takes customer satisfaction very seriously. In the case of problems with your order, please contact us through our phone number and we will assist you.
Refund Policy: As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item, we will offer a full refund. We do not offer refunds on orders canceled more than 30 minutes after the order placement. Refunds can only be made back to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.

The customer refund procedure might take 2-7 working days to process on the Debit /Credit Cards bank payment gateway. The customer has to follow up with the bank in case of any delay in crediting back the customer’s account with the amount previously paid by the customer. Customers using the Debit / Credit Cards facility are requested to be available on their respective contact numbers. Credit or Debit cards used in placing orders through the online payment gateway on Awan El Ward website must belong to the user. Otherwise, the user must obtain the legal permission from the card owner to perform the transaction. The customer is entirely liable for placing an order using the Debit / Credit Cards facility after carefully reading all the terms & conditions.
